Why Meditate?
Meditation is an invitation to slow down, to go inward and notice what you are prioritizing in your life, to learn to listen to parts of you that would like to be heard, to remember to feel, to synchronize your mind and body and heart, to explore staying with discomfort and challenging feelings, to grow stronger, to practice being courageous, to value silence and stillness, to allow forms of ancient practices to hold you, to create nurturing and healthy routines and rituals, to remind yourself what matters, to examine what you would like to let go of and what you need and want in order to flourish and thrive.
